The Morrisville State College men's basketball team outscored the Storm 40-31 in the second half, en route to the 66-59 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) victory over visiting Keuka College Wednesday night in Morrisville. Morrisville State collects their first conference win of the 2011 season to improve to 3-4 overall, 1-0 in NEAC play, while Keuka dropped to 0-6 overall, 0-1 in the conference.
Members of the Morrisville State College women's lacrosse, field hockey and cross country teams joined together in support of the Special Olympics New York this past Sunday, as they participated in the 5th annual Oneida Shores Polar Plunge.

Chris Ryder posted a game high 23 points to lead visiting Hartwick College men's basketball to a decisive 89-66 victory over Morrisville State College Saturday afternoon in Morrisville. Hartwick remains undefeated at 7-0, while the Mustangs drop to 2-4 overall.
The Morrisville State College western equestrian team qualified eight riders for the Regional Championships held later this season, as they claimed reserve high point team and high point team honors at the double show held Saturday in Morrisville. Catherine Howland (Rutlandtown, VT) qualified in the open reining class, while Elizabeth Scott (Chittenango, NY) will represent Morrisville State in the advanced western horsemanship class.

Jonathan Crisitini (Mississauga, ONT) and Todd Hosmer (Scarborough, ONT) each tallied two scores for Morrisville State, while Tom Longland (Dunnville, ONT) and Curtis Renaud (Carlisle, ONT) each posted a goal.

Morrisville State drops to 2-6-1 overall, 1-5-1 in conference play, while Geneseo improves to 5-5.
Visiting Clarkson University outscored the Mustangs 31-22 in the second half to post a come-from-behind victory over host Morrisville State College women's basketball Thursday night in Morrisville. Morrisville State drops to 1-3 overall, while the Knights improve to 4-1.
The Morrisville State College athletic department has named western equestrian riders, Amy Amento (Hamend, CT) and Richard McVey (Lakewood, PA) it's Mustang Athletes of the Week for the week ending November 20.
The Morrisville State College athletic department has named men's basketball forward, Mickey Davis (Jamesville, NY), and ice hockey forward, Patrick Stillar (Burlington, ONT), the Mustang Co-Athletes of the Week for the week ending November 27. Davis led the Mustang efforts against Hamilton last week, netting 20 points and grabbing six rebounds in the loss. He added two steals and an assist to his tallies, while shooting 50 percent from the floor. Eleven of his points came in the second half.
