Whether you are a first-year student or continuing your studies after earning a related associate degree, our B.B.A. program will provide you with managerial expertise in all aspects of an industry that delivers idyllic travel and vacation experiences to people throughout the world.

You will learn guest relations essentials such as customer service, customer satisfaction assessment, training implementation and technology applications, while also focusing on the business side of operations through courses that include business law, statistics, management and marketing.

The program culminates with a full-semester internship at a hospitality property, so you graduate with real-world experience and confidence to find your future job.

  • Appraise situations and make strategic decisions from a managerial perspective
  • Critically evaluate a strategic plan for an organization
  • Discuss ethical, regulatory, environmental, social, political and technological issues related to human resource management

  • Recognize and explain the liability and compliance issues associated with resort security and safety
  • Research and analyze the work environment in large, medium and small organizations
  • Investigate an employer’s expectations to secure job placement
  • Develop an appreciation of various cultures and global hospitality business practices and discuss intricacies of specific regions
