As an associate professor in the Equine Science programs, Tiffany Day is responsible for the Equine Nutrition, Equine Health and Lameness, Animal Genetics-Equine, Equine Exercise Physiology classes and works with the Western Breaking and Training class. Professor Day is also the head coach of the SUNY Morrisville Western Equestrian Team.
Tiffany Day earned her master's degree and PhD. in equine nutrition and exercise physiology from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is also an NRHA (National Reining Horse Association) professional.
