This course emphasizes the fluid movement of energy systems throughout the human body and recognizes the flow of energy between objects. Discussion revolves around meridian systems, chakras, creating space for positive energy and ways to distribute energy throughout the body. In depth, hands- on application of techniques will be the focus of the in-class meetings. This is a hybrid course. The course meets on Saturday, May 2, 2020 and again on Saturday, May 20, 2020.

SUNY Morrisville and the community will hold the final dairy drive-thru on Friday, May 8, on the SUNY Morrisville campus. The dairy drive is open to all community members who are in need. Items are free. Monetary donations are accepted. In an attempt to prevent blocking village roads, we ask you to please avoid coming early.
Patrons will receive one pre-packaged bag of dairy items and milk per vehicle.

Together, we strive to address the financial strain by supporting the local dairy and agricultural industry during this time, as well as to provide access to those in need living in our community with healthy food choices.
