Cayuga Hall is a first year residence hall. First year residence halls will do additional programming to build community with incoming freshman students. Cayuga Hall offers a great central campus location near Seneca Dining Hall.
Commons is an upper-class residence hall. If you prefer apartment-style living with a full kitchen and that is a little removed from the campus, Morrisville Commons I and Morrisville Commons II are both great options.
A standard apartment includes four (4) single rooms, one-and-a-half (1.5) bathrooms, a common living room, and a full kitchen and dining area. A limited number of larger apartments featuring two (2) full bathrooms and a bit more common living space are also available.
Commons II is an upper-class residence hall. If you prefer apartment-style living with a full kitchen and that is a little removed from the campus, Morrisville Commons I and Morrisville Commons II are both great options.
East Hall is an upper-class residence hall. Morrisville’s smallest residence hall is also one of its two 24-hour quiet-study residence halls. East Hall accommodates students who prefer single rooms and want a quiet living environment. It is located on South Street near Bailey Annex.
Fountain View Hall is an upper-class residence hall. If you are interested in Morrisville’s two 24-hour quiet-study residence halls, you will want to consider Fountain View Hall. The quiet hours policy is enforced throughout the day and night by resident assistants and community members.
Mohawk Hall is a first year residence hall. First year residence halls will do additional programming to build community with incoming freshman students. Mohawk is a double-occupancy, corridor-style room.

In your first year, you may want to consider a double-occupancy, corridor-style residence hall featuring special programming to help freshmen succeed in and out of the classroom. West Hall is located in the Pond Quad, near student parking and Market24.
