The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has announced its Players of the Week for the week ending January 30, naming Morrisville State College freshman Taylor Vince (Barrie, ONT) the Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week.
Vince, defenseman for the Mustangs, tallied two goals and two assists for Morrisville State in an 8-6 conference win over Brockport on Friday.
Currently ranked eighth in the conference in defensemen scoring, Vince has tallied five goals and seven assists for 12 team points.
The business administration major at Morrisville State is the son of Sandy and Andy Vince of Barrie, Ontario.
