Morrisville State College offensive guard, Tim Hammond (Hudson Falls, N.Y.) has been selected to play in the inaugural Dream Bowl, January 21, 2013 in Roanoke, Va.
The College Football All-Star Game is a showcase of the best NCAA Division III and NAIA players from across the nation. The game and series of events are a celebration of the excellence, commitment and sacrifice made by the players and their families.
The senior earned New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) first team offense honors following his prowess on the offensive line for the Mustangs this season. The three-year starter was a key component to the ground attack for the Mustangs, as runners averaged over five yards per carry.
Hammond has served as a captain for the past two seasons, and off the field has served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative for football.
The graduate of Hudson Falls High is majoring in human performance and health promotion at Morrisville State. He is the son of Tammy Pfiscofsky and John Hammond of Hudson Falls.
