Dear Students,
This is a reminder that all students, regardless of vaccination status, should seek medical care if they are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, including:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you are experiencing any such symptoms, it is critical that you self-isolate and contact the Student Health Center at 315.684.6078 or local Urgent Care and Emergency Room for evaluation (contact information can be found on our Healthcare Resources webpage).
Weekly Testing Requirements
Students are required to test every week until they have been fully vaccinated for two full weeks and have provided documentation showing completion of a full vaccination series. Students who have received a vaccine exemption also must test every week. If you have only received one vaccine dose, or your second dose was within the last two weeks, you are still required to test.
Testing is held at Helyar Hall every Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students who do not comply with testing requirements will face progressive disciplinary action.
