Dear Students,
SUNY Morrisville has partnered with nearby Dougherty Pharmacy to hold a second on-campus vaccination clinic this Monday, Aug. 30, from 2-4 p.m. in Hamilton Hall. The clinic will administer the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. This is the last on-campus vaccination clinic before the Sept. 1 deadline for all students to receive their first vaccine dose.
You may schedule an appointment ahead of time, and walk-ins also will be accepted. When filling out the online appointment form, please follow these instructions:
- Answer all questions listed on the form, then click submit.
- After submission, you will automatically be redirected to a page that contains a link to schedule the time of your appointment. You must click that link, select a time, and provide your name and email address in the required sections. Failure to carry out those steps will cause your selected timeslot to not be reserved for you.
Dougherty Pharmacy, located in the Village of Morrisville (14 E. Main St., Morrisville, N.Y. 13408), also currently has vaccines available at their location by appointment or by calling 315.684.3171.
As announced Monday, the State University of New York (SUNY) requirement that all students be vaccinated is now in effect. All students are advised that the SUNY COVID-19 vaccine policy requires completion of a full series within thirty-five (35) days following full FDA approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. In order to initially meet the SUNY requirement, by Wednesday, Sept. 1, all in-person SUNY Morrisville students must receive their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or have completed and submitted a waiver application for review.
Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions webpage for additional helpful information regarding the COVID-19 vaccine student policy.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Student Affairs.
Thank you.
