The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) office has announced its individual award winners, naming Morrisville State College’s Sanley Pierre-Louis (Gaithersburg, Md.) the Men’s Soccer Player of the Year.
Pierre-Louis, a senior forward, was selected as the NEAC Player of the Year after a tremendous season for the Mustangs, scoring a conference-best 29 points on a NEAC-leading 14 goals and one assist on the season, with 13 of those scores coming in conference action and three of them being game winners.
Pierre-Louis had at least two goals in four different contests and registered two hat tricks on the year, which earned him three NEAC Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week awards this season.
Pierre-Louis is the son of Ronald Pierre-Louis and Marie Sonia Jean and is majoring in Technology Management at Morrisville State.
