MORRISVILLE, NY— Morrisville State students will be among those participating in this year’s annual Winter Fest March 7.
Indoor games, sledding, face painting, carnival games, crafts, an indoor slide and caricatures are among the activities planned during the event, which takes place from 2:30-6:30 at the Morrisville-Eaton Elementary School located on Eaton Street. An open skate will also be held at the IcePlex on the Morrisville State campus, from 2-3 p.m.
Events are free and open to the public. Shuttle buses will run from the college’s bus stop near the Student Activities Center (STUAC) to the elementary school, starting at 2 p.m.
Chili, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, cookies, hot cocoa, punch and coffee will be served throughout the festivities. Students from various Morrisville State student organizations will be assisting with Winter Fest.
The event is sponsored, in part, by the Village of Morrisville.
