The Morrisville State College men's basketball team dropped their third straight contest, falling to host Keuka College on the road in Keuka Park by a 73-59 final.
Keuka converted on 56 percent of shots taken in the first half, compared to 36 for Morrisville State, to take a 35-27 lead at the half.
In the second, Morrisville State trailed by as many as 19, but battled back and ran out of time as the Storm claimed the 14 point North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) win.
Wayne Turner (Brooklyn, NY) led the Mustangs with 19 points and five boards, adding five assists and three steals to the Morrisville tallies. Teammate Dwayne Wade (Beacon, NY) added 14 points and four rebounds in the loss.
Morrisville State drops to 4-10 overall, 3-6 in conference action, and return to the court Wednesday at Cazenovia College.
