The Morrisville State College hunt seat equestrian team concluded a spectacular 2011-12 season Saturday, finishing as the Reserve Championship Team for the region.
Keely O'Hara (Cazenovia, N.Y.) finished fifth overall in the high point rider competition, following a fifth place in the open equitation over fences and third place in the open equitation on the flat classes, respectively.
Emily Overend (Lansing, KS) finished in seventh place in the novice equitation over fences class, while Janine Ordway (Long Valley, N.J.) and Rachel Mikrut (Delanson, N.Y.) finished fifth and eighth, respectively, in the advanced walk trot canter class.
Morrisville State was reserve champion five times this season, and placed third in four additional shows.
