The Morrisville State College men's ice hockey team will be auctioning off commemorative white jerseys that will be worn during the February 5th contest against SUNY Plattsburgh to help support the Saves For A Cure program.
Saves For A Cure is a non-profit organization founded by former SUNY Brockport goaltender and cancer survivor, Todd Sheridan, aimed to help children with their battle against cancer. The program assists in enhancing hospital stays for children undergoing cancer treatments at the James P Wilmot Cancer Center in Rochester.
Minimum bids start at $75 and will be accepted through Sunday, February 6 at 5 p.m./ET on the Morrisville State Athletics website (http://athletics.morrisville.edu/jerseyauction.aspx). The winners will be announced on Monday.
