Morrisville State College senior field hockey forward, Lauren Bordonaro (North Tonawanda, NY/Starpoint) has been named to the 2010 Longstreth/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All-North Atlantic Region Second Team, as announced by the NFHCA on Thursday.
Bordonaro led the team in scoring for the second straight season, netting 12 goals and assisting nine others, for 33 points. She finished her career ranked second in all-time points scored (79), second in career goals scored (33) and first in assists recorded (15).
Bordonaro is a two-time State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) First Team selection at forward. The graduate of Starpoint High School is majoring in criminal justice at Morrisville State College and is the daughter of Donna and Rich Littlefield, and Charles Bordonaro of North Tonawanda.
