My name is Judi Falvo Russell; I am an Advisor for the ASAP/ACE program here at SUNY Morrisville. I am from Utica and received my Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees from local colleges. I went on to earn a Master of Human Services Administration from Antioch, New England, in Keene, NH.
My previous career was that of Art Teacher to K-12 students in a variety of programs, including regular education, special education, and alternative education. After 20+ years, I decided to retire, but I missed the students and the energy that a learning environment provides. The ASAP/ACE program has given me the opportunity to interact with students, use my experience to guide and motivate them and continue to grow alongside them.
My goal is to help our students learn to navigate through these new experiences and guide them whenever possible toward an enriching future. When I’m not working, I like to focus on my family, friendships, and adventures.
