About the Study: As part of our efforts to continuously improve the satisfaction of our employees, we are conducting an employee survey. You have an important role in this process. Your participation in the survey means that your voice will be heard, anonymously, and your perspective will help shape what we continue to do, what we need to stop doing, and what we need to start doing to create a better workplace for you and your team members.
About the Survey Tool & Anonymity: SUNY Morrisville/Norwich/EOC has partnered with a respected third-party survey company, Beyond Feedback. One of their primary jobs is to make sure that each employee gets an opportunity to share their perspective anonymously. They will not be sharing your specific responses with leadership. They will never share your name or employee ID or any other individually identifiable traits with leadership. They have processes in place that will allow us to roll-up all responses from a department or team without seeing any individual response… and no team will be rolled up if they have fewer than five people in the team. On Monday, November 7, you will receive an email inviting you to participate in the survey from support@beyondfeedback.com.
