The Library is offering its fifth installment of the Video Game Book Club for students, faculty, and staff. In a Video Game Book Club, participants play the same selected title on their own, and then come together to talk about their experience: gameplay, story, art, music, etc. The Library's selected game is SuperGiant Games' award-winning title Hades, available on all major gaming platforms, priced at about $25 across those platforms.
Sponsored by a CAB grant, the Library will give away six copies of Hades for participants at the Kickoff event on Friday, March 3 at 1pm. The "First Clear" meeting and discussion is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21 at 4pm, and the final "End Game" meeting and discussion is scheduled for Friday, April 7th at 1pm. All meetings will take place virtually through the Library's Video Game Book Club Teams page. To join, follow the link.
