Gratitude exercises have been shown to decrease anxiety, make us more resilient, strengthen our relationships and improve our physical health. JED has partnered with PINK, Campus Pride, BEAM and Sad Girls Club to share four ways you can practice gratitude.” The JED Foundation is sponsoring this website with four activities to promote gratitude.
