On Saturday, Sept. 11, the New York State University Police at SUNY Morrisville will be holding a 9/11 20th Anniversary Memorial Flag Lowering Ceremonies at both flag locations on campus. The first flag-lowering ceremony will be at State Route 20 in front of Bailey Hall at 8:46 a.m. to mark the moment the first tower was struck. The second flag-lowering ceremony will be next to STUAC in the Administration Quad at 9:03 a.m. to mark the moment the second tower was struck. The campus chimes will ring 20 times to honor the victims and mark the 20th year since the attack.
All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
