Bio: Brian J. Kelly, Jr. is a Professor in the Architectural Studies and Design program in the School of Agriculture, Business, and Technology at SUNY Morrisville. He is also a registered architect (New York), certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Educationally, he earned a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture, both from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design (now Architecture and Planning) at the University at Buffalo (SUNY). He also earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Design and Drafting - Mechanical Engineering Technology concentration from SUNY Morrisville.

Bio: Kristin Welch is the Recycling Coordinator for Madison County. Since starting the position in 2018, Kristin has implemented new recycling materials and campaigns to help Madison County residents recycle right and rethink waste. She is also responsible for coordinating and facilitating presentations and tours to various members of the community; overseeing special recycling programs such as electronics recycling; grant writing; and working with the County’s Recycling Center to reduce contamination. She also serves as the Chapter 7 Board Member on the New York State’s Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3). Prior to this position, Kristin spent a few years as an Environmental Educator across New York State through the AmeriCorps program. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Stony Brook University.
