The Office of Institutional Research at SUNY Morrisville involves the submission, collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. This research aims to support decision-making, improve institutional effectiveness, enhance student outcomes, inform strategic planning, and advance Morrisville’s mission.

Key Areas of Focus:

  1. Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluating academic programs, student services, and institutional policies to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Data Reporting: Providing data for internal and external stakeholders, including accreditation bodies and governmental agencies.
  3. Strategic Planning: Supporting the development of long-term goals and initiatives by providing relevant data and insights.
  4. Surveys and Feedback: Conducting surveys to gather student and faculty feedback on various aspects of the institution.
