The Children's Center at Morrisville State will hold its sixth annual ChildRUN 5k race on Saturday, July 19. The event will also include a one-mile Fun Run/Walk.
Registration for the race begins at 8 a.m. the day of the event. The race starts at 8:30 a.m. at Bailey Hall, located on Route 20 in Morrisville.
Fees are; $100 for a team (6-8 runners), $20 individual, $5 for ages 11 to 18, and free for children under 10. Awards will be given to the top male and female runners overall. Age group awards will also be given along with ribbons to participants 18 and under.
Proceeds from the race will benefit the Sheila Johnson Child Care Scholarship for students.
