Morrisville prides itself on comprehensively incorporating technology into academic life through extensive use of networking, media, computing, and projection technologies within classrooms.
The SUNY Morrisville Technology Services department is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of college technology which supports both academic and administrative functions.
In the fall of 2007, SUNY Morrisville deployed a new campuswide wireless network based upon the 802.11n (draft 2.0) wireless specification. SUNY Morrisville was the first college in the world to utilize this technology enterprise-wide.

Technology Services uses a ticketing system to assist with our incoming calls and emails from customers who need help, as well as managing our ongoing projects. This gives our department the opportunity to organize workloads better, as well as better identify more problematic areas and priorities.
