The associate in applied science (A.A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice at the Norwich Campus is designed to prepare individuals for success in entry-level Criminal Justice positions and to help advance the careers of those already working in this fascinating, fast-paced environment.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects employment opportunities for Criminal Justice to be well above average throughout Central New York, state-wide, nationally, and internationally for the foreseeable future (see Accordingly, this program is intended to meet strong industry demand for well educated professionals who can provide quality police, corrections, security, and related services.

Those wishing to pursue further education in Criminal Justice following completion of the A.A.S. should be well prepared to do so.
